We work with local butchers to process our beef. Reservations for 2025 Premium Beef Shares are open now.
Pick it up.
Once your Premium Beef Share is ready, you’ll receive details regarding the time and location to pick up your share directly from your local butcher.

The Story of COW Ranches
Motivated to carry on family tradition, Amanda and Bailey took over the family ranch in 2020 as the sixth generation to raise Corriente cattle in Eastern Washington.
Together, with the help of their family, Amanda and Bailey raise affordable, high-quality, grass-fed, corn finished, antibiotic & hormone-free premium beef. These two women have a passion for ranch life and the drive to forge their own path as entrepreneurs.
Corrientes have always been the families favorite cattle. A small, agile, athletic animal with stamina, heavy horns, and a gentle disposition make Corrientes a pleasure to work with. Their unique confirmation, foraging behavior, and hardiness make for an excellent partner in managing the land.
Thanks to the unique characteristics of this heritage breed, COW Ranches provides a lean, low cholesterol beef option at a price point and quantity suitable for families small and large.
